Opportunities for Giving

 

In addition to paying their annual dues, Landmark Association members can make tax-deductible donations to the following funds administered by the Landmark Board of Directors.

John C. Perkins Fund – Established in 1999, the Perkins Fund is used to help defray Landmark’s operational expenses.  It was named for realtor John C. Perkins, Sr., who served on the Landmark Board of Directors for a number of years and restored several downtown buildings.  

Irene Sumpter Fund – Established in 1997, the Sumpter Fund is utilized to publish materials related to preservation and local history as well as for educational programming.  Irene Sumpter published several books on Bowling Green and Warren County’s historic architecture.  

Historic Rehabilitation Grant Fund – This fund annually provides grants to Landmark Association members for preservation projects on the exteriors of houses and buildings fifty years or older located in Warren County.  

A.M. Stickles Home Restoration Fund – Donations to this fund cover restoration costs for the A.M. Stickles home in Bowling Green. Click here for more information and to donate.

Memorial Gift - A gift of any size can be made in memory of someone.

Gift in Honor - A gift of any size can be made in honor of someone or an organization.

Honorarium - A gift of any size can be made in consideration of a special service provided by a person or organization.
